Clima en Casa is run by Diego Gómez from O Porriño, in Galicia (north-west Spain), one of the dampest regions in Europe, where condensation and black mould are a fact of life every winter.
We started with a Spanish site, climaencasa.net, and now publish this UK section because British homes face exactly the same problems.
How we choose
We start from the best-selling models on Amazon.co.uk and compare their specifications (litres per day, power, noise, tank size, minimum temperature), independent awards where available, and thousands of buyer reviews. We haven't tested every model at home: when we have, we'll say so. No brand pays to appear here.
